Great! Rooms were clean with free breakfast and also rooms were priced very reasonably. The people running this motel were very nice and accommodating. Can't ask for any better. Will definitely stay here again!
Rate was fair. Room was clean and very comfortable. One of the best kept hotels I've stayed in a awhile.

I love the Cancun Mexican restaurant beside the motel and the dollar market there too it says there is fitness room but there isn't one. The breakfast consist of muffins and coffee the juice thing doesn't work and the drink machine always takes your money in which they do not provide your money back so they will definitely be five dollars for a dollar drink but the rooms are pretty good and clean it's quite and with everything you have cons and pros so it is what it is. I paid 73 dollars a night for two nights &he staffs nice to us tho we appreciate that alot I always chose them every time pretty much me and my bf go there a lot

Beautiful and clean rooms with friendly staff. However we have had a couple weird incidents with room service. The first was a really loud knock at 730 am asking to clean. And then when we asked to come back later they never did. We had to ask for more towels 3 separate different times before getting them. I guess you get what you pay for.
I had a house fire last winter so me my roommate and dog didn't have a place to stay. I found myself here because of it being pet friendly. I am a extended stay customer. I half to tell you I feel SO SAFE HERE. We did have a problem with someone messing with our truck. I will tell you now they have 68 working cameras. There is nowhere on the property that does not have you in 4k. They worked with the police department to identify and prosecute the perpetrator. They went above and beyond with the camera footage for the police to be able to do their job. Any problem that I have had it has been handled immediately. I had seen a couple of bugs they had an exterminator in my room the very next day. They will come in and mop and change your bedding but I prefer to clean my own space. The owners are very kind and they do not tolerate the drug dealing or people trappin out of their hotel if they notice it they will not rent to you. That is important to me because I am in recovery myself and don't like to be around drug activity. I'm not saying things are perfect but if they notice it they definitely handle things. This will be the only place I stay in Greeneville now!
The price is very reasonable. The staff was very hospitable. I love the new laminate floors. The beds were soft and the pillows were just right not too firm not too flimsy. I love the fact that they have heat lamps in the bathroom. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance and quiet area.
